Applications and Forms...
Most on-line forms are PDFs. Some are for information and some are applications. Non-English student application forms are for translations purpose only and not to fill in. The English-only full application is the last file in the Student Document Library. If a pdf form has light blue fields it can be typed into online but cannot be submitted unless it is first downloaded and saved to your PC. Then you can type in it, leave it half done, and return the next day to find all saved. When finished typing in blue text & check-box fields save to your computer, then print all pages to sign signature lines in black ink. Personal & academic references, immunization & medical exam pages must be done manually, then signed. Attach final application to mail or fax to 570-277-0607. Host and other application forms are being gradually converted to fill-in forms. If no blue fields are found they will require completing manually, printed out, and attached to an email or faxed.
